New Beginnings
so long meta
First of all, welcome.
If you’re reading this, it’s because you’ve seen that I made the decision to step away from all things Meta starting February 1st, 2025. Not only do I not want to support Zuck in any way, shape, or form, but I believe that putting all of your eggs in one basket is not always the safest decision. One day, they could decide to just DELETE the apps and my business would disappear. So, I’ve decided to take my business into my own hands and make sure that I can always safely and dependently interact with you guys! It’s been an extremely difficult decision to make because like most small business owners, social media is almost exclusively how you stay “relevant” and keep in contact with your audience. Ultimately, I decided that 2025 is the year that I become super intentional with who and what I support. Meta is not one of them.
This place will be a space for me to change the narrative for my business from “obligatorily professional and sterile” to “let’s be friends and this is what I’m up to.” So again, welcome!
photography changes
I’ve decided to make a few changes in the photography department. First being my pricing. I’m shifting over to a time based pricing formula verses package type. I’ll now be offering two different pricing options. A 30 minute mini session for $300+ and a 45-60 minute session for $450+. Simplifying this has been something I’ve been meaning to do for a while now, so now it is easier for everyone.
Secondly, you may have noticed an update in my editing on my new website. I’m taking this opportunity to run with whatever fuels me creatively and for now, that is taking a filmier approach to my editing which has been filling me to the top with joy.

new artwork
I’ve got a couple of pieces drying at the moment, but one of my favorites is officially framed and ready to find its new home. I’ve named it “Cream Bouquet” because apparently the creativity ends at the paintbrush. Naming paintings has never been my strong suit, so if you’re ever curious about the name of a painting, it’s either named exactly what it is or it’s named after whatever song I listened to on repeat while painting it.
